Voice recordings and transcripts are typically retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus a limited period thereafter for quality, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, unless a shorter or longer period is required by the customer’s configuration, an order form, or applicable law. Upon account termination or request, we will delete or de-identify data in accordance with our standard practices and legal requirements.
